Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Club Concierge to provide high-level personalized service to members and guests at our Aspen Snowmass club. You will manage snack/beverage offerings, lounge ambience, and coordinate with ski valet and Membership Office to fulfill requests.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, discretion, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced, high-service environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality or private club experience preferred.
• TIPS or alcohol service certification helpful but not required.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with members and guests by name.
• Maintain and present complimentary snack/beverage offerings.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and ambiance.
• Coordinate ski valet services and equipment storage.
• Assist with local dining/activities/reservations for members.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions.
• Communicate with internal departments to fulfill requests.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and package handling.
• Support inventory tracking and club merchandise.
