East West Hospitality seeks a personable Concierge for The Aspen Mountain Residences in Aspen, Colorado. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and coordinate personalized experiences to deliver memorable stays.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests with discretion. This full-time position supports a luxury residential environment and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Previous hospitality or guest services experience required; concierge, front desk, luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple guest requests efficiently.
• Proactive, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests throughout the property.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with computers and office technology, with ability to learn property-specific systems.
• Knowledge of Aspen and surrounding attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service by warmly welcoming guests and owners, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain an active presence throughout the lobby and property, proactively assisting guests.
• Arrange and coordinate dining reservations, transportation, activities, appointments, tickets and events.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and owners by understanding preferences and following through on requests.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Valet/Bellman, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and events to assist guests.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues with discretion and sound judgment.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and providers to enhance experiences.
• Document and track guest requests in property systems with confidentiality.
• Support daily operations and keep the concierge area welcoming.
