Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Camarillo is seeking a Supplier Performance Associate for a temporary assignment through December 31, 2026. The role supports migration of the Approved Supplier List from the QMS to ERP and handles supplier data management.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement, perform data reconciliation with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), and create dashboards for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Quality Management).
• 3-5 years’ experience in data entry, administration, and supplier management in a regulated industry.
• Experience with ERP/QMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Migrate the ASL from QMS to ERP and coordinate related activities.
• Map and reconcile vendor records across ERP platforms for a single source of truth.
• Assist with vendor record cleanup and harmonization of vendor numbers.
• Support updates to SOPs related to ASL and vendor lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on supplier risk assessments.
• Assist with supplier requalification and data collection.
• Create dashboards and reports to track progress.
• Manage follow-up with 50+ suppliers and maintain status tracking.
