Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement support, vendor coordination, administration, data management, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and large data set analysis.
• Strong ability to manage data accuracy, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Quality, operations, or related business areas.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supplier Data & ERP Associate for a full-time temporary assignment in Camarillo, CA, expected to run through December 31, 2026. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in supplier management, procurement support, vendor coordination, administration, or data analysis.

In this role, you will support a high-impact supplier data management and system migration initiative within a global Procurement and Quality environment. You will work with supplier records, ERP systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams to help ensure supplier data accuracy, documentation integrity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $37 to $40 per hour.
• Assignment type: Temporary.
• Duration: Expected through December 31, 2026.
• Schedule: Full-time hours.
• Location: Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support supplier data management and Approved Supplier List migration activities.
• Reconcile large supplier data sets across ERP and related business systems.
• Track project deliverables, open items, supplier follow-ups, and reporting metrics.
• Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and summaries for business and leadership teams.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement support, vendor coordination, administration, data management, or a related function.
