Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Supplier Data & ERP Associate for a full-time temporary assignment through December 31, 2026. The role emphasizes supplier data management, ERP system work, and collaboration across a global Procurement and Quality environment.

This position offers exposure to enterprise-wide business systems, cross-functional teamwork, and the chance to contribute to a critical initiative with visibility across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement support, vendor coordination, administration, data management, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and large data set analysis.
• Strong ability to manage data accuracy, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Quality, operations, or related business areas.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and ongoing management of the Approved Supplier List.
• Reconcile supplier records across multiple business systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain supplier data, documentation, and follow-up activities in support of compliance requirements.
• Coordinate supplier communications and internal updates with Procurement, Quality, and business stakeholders.
• Track project status, open items, milestones, and completion metrics.
• Analyze supplier data and prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership review.
