Job summary

Crossroads Staffing is seeking a data-driven procurement support professional to help update the global Approved Supplier List (ASL) and migrate it into ERP. You will map vendor records, clean up ERP data, and harmonize supplier numbers across sites while assisting with SOP revisions for supplier onboarding and lifecycle controls.

Role requires 3+ years in data entry and supplier management within regulated environments and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs exp in data entry, administration and supplier management in a regulated industry.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Update and migrate the ASL to ERP to align with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Map and reconcile vendor records across ERP and QMS for a single source of truth.
• Support ERP vendor record cleanup and harmonization of vendor numbers across sites.
• Assist with revisions to SOPs governing ASL and Vendor Lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and procurement to perform supplier risk assessments.
