What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients to achieve specified production goals
  2. Conduct meetings with potential clients to present products or services and address their needs

  4. Communicate company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  5. Ensure all required client paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  3. Minimum of two years of commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales experience
  4. Proven track record of meeting production sales goals
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
