What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals
  2. Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products and make proposal presentations
  3. Communicate company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  4. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals
  5. Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and stay updated on industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  4. Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  2. One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing
  3. Demonstrated success in meeting production sales goals
