What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and pursue new leads and prospects through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals
  2. Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss financing products and services
  3. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals
  4. Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company product offerings and stay updated on industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  3. 1-2 years of specific experience in equipment financing/leasing for remote candidates
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  2. One year of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales experience
  3. Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
