What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve specified production goals
  2. Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services and make proposal presentations
  3. Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  4. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals
  5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company product information and stay updated on industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  3. Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple and consistently evolving priorities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
