What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- 1-2 years of specific experience in equipment financing/leasing for remote candidates
- Ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals
