What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to meet production goals
  2. Conduct meetings with potential clients to present products and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs
  3. Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and cross-sell additional products
  4. Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  5. Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  3. Minimum of two (2) years of commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales experience
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  2. One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing outside sales
  3. Demonstrated success in meeting production sales goals
  4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  5. Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
