Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a PLM Analyst to prepare and analyze environmental samples, including asbestos, using polarizing light microscopy. The role requires accurate data entry into LIMS, data review for quality, and collaboration to maintain QA standards.

The candidate will schedule workloads, support accreditation efforts, and assist in training new analysts while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols in a full‑time evening shift in Arvada, CO.

Qualifications

• Requires Geology or similar degree; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years laboratory experience.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Login, prepare, and analyze environmental samples for asbestos.
• Enter data into the LIMS and report descriptions and results.
• Perform independent QC analysis for others’ work.
• Assist in QA process development and accreditation activities.
• Coordinate workloads to meet due dates and hold times.
• Maintain equipment and ensure calibration per SOPs.
• Train new asbestos analysts as needed.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of samples.
