Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Geology, or closely related science.
• 2-3 years of laboratory work experience involving asbestos or microscopy analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze asbestos samples.
• Enter and report analytical data using the LIMS.
• Perform data reviews for other analysts’ work.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory accreditations and QA documents.
• Coordinate projects to meet rushes and due times for timely delivery.
