Job summary

LUMAS is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a gallery-style team across our multi-channel approach. You will ensure excellent customer service by sharing compelling stories behind artworks and managing exhibits from delivery to display.

The ideal candidate brings extensive retail leadership, a passion for art, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to nurture loyalty while achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Several years of retail experience and proven ability to lead a store or gallery team.
• Art market knowledge is not required; personality and passion for sales are valued.
• Inspire customers and colleagues with a positive manner and proactive work style.
• Support customer loyalty by post-sale care and relationship-building.
• Able to work across multi-channel support including chat and video consultations.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
• Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team
• Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management
• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
• We live multi-channel: Active support of our customer:s via chat and video consultation
