Responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility.
• Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team.
• Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork.
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPIs.
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management.
• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc.
• We live multi-channel: Active support of our customers via chat and videoconsultation.
