Qualifications

• Several years of retail experience with a track record in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
• Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team
• Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
• Analyze sales data and optimize store KPI's
• Secure and supervise exhibits from delivery to presentation, including packing and stock management
• B2B acquisition of customers in gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
• Support customers via chat and video consultation
