Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive retail operations experience, preferably within an arts & cultural institution.
• Strong experience with daily retail operations including cash handling and inventory management.
• Experience supervising team members in a fast-paced retail environment desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager in onboarding and training retail staff.
• Lead daily floor operations and ensure operational readiness.
• Supervise cash handling, returns, and compliance with financial controls.
