Job summary

LUMAS in Miami is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a multi-channel art retail operation. You will oversee full sales responsibility, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer service with compelling stories behind artwork.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; experience managing a gallery or store team is preferred. You will analyze sales data, optimize KPIs, manage exhibits from delivery to display, and build relationships with B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
• Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team
• Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management
• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
• We live multi-channel: Active support of our customers via chat and video consultation

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales
• You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team
• We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market, we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity
• You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working
• You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
• You have fluent English and Spanish language skills
