Job summary

LUMAS Art Editions GmbH in Miami seeks an experienced retail professional to manage a gallery/store with full sales responsibility. You will lead and inspire the sales team, deliver engaging guidance about art, and drive customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Fluent English and Spanish, several years of retail experience, and a proven track record in store or gallery management are essential. The role offers a dynamic, international environment with strong growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility.
• Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team.
• Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork.
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPIs.
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management.
• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc.
• We live multi-channel: Active support of our customers via chat and videoconsultation.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales
• You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team
• We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market, we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity
• You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working
• You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
• You have fluent English and Spanish language skills
