Job summary

LUMAS Art Editions GmbH in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations with full sales responsibility. You will lead and inspire the sales team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales across multi-channel touchpoints including chat and video consultations.

The role emphasizes B2B outreach to gastronomy, design studios, offices, and more, with a focus on showcasing art editions and managing stock from delivery to display.

• Secure and supervise exhibits from delivery to presentation, including packing and stock management
• B2B acquisition of customers in gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
• Support customers via chat and video consultation

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility


• Lead, recruit,and inspire the sales team


• Ensureworld-classcustomer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork


• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's


• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management


• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc


• We live multi-channel: Active support of ourcustomer:svia chat and videoconsultation

Your profile

• You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales


• You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team


• We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market, we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity


• You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working


• You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty


• You have fluent English and Spanish language skills
