Blick Art Materials is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the General Manager and involves managing daily store operations, staff scheduling, and service standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in sales performance. Ability to train staff and coordinate with the custom services team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, College preferred but not required.
• One year of previous retail management experience or one year of employment with Blick.
• Demonstrated superior sales performance throughout career.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and uphold customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and artists.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk.
• Oversee store operations and inventory management.
