Qualifications

• 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide coaching and discipline within approved ranges.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech and reporting.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.
• Experience using scheduling and billing software for reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services to the assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain reports and ensure officer training and performance management.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, and filling staffing needs.
