Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the security operations at a client site in Charlotte, NC. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and on-site administration to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

You will supervise security personnel, monitor overtime, and ensure adherence to post orders, training, and client requirements. This role requires strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State-required training or licensing must be passed.
• Licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle may be required.
• One or more of: military service or police cadet background; or minimum one year of verifiable supervisory security experience; or associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and their performance to assure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, review incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision; respond to client requests.
• Make emergency notifications according to post orders; provide direction to subordinates.
• Take disciplinary or commendation actions as appropriate; propose productivity and cost-reduction measures.
