Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a specific shift at a client location in Chicago. The role serves as a liaison between the site supervisor, account manager, and security officers, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities include supervising officers, coaching, recognizing strong performers, and administering training and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years of age.
• Strong written and spoken communication with the public.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to operate wireless technology and use client-site systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality security services on a designated shift at an assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles; ensure inventories meet site needs.
