Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role serves as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by employment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to management.
• Administer safety programs and site hazards.
• Assist in managing uniforms, equipment, and inventories.

Responsibilities
