Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a designated shift at a client site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and disciplined performance within policy.

Requirements include 21+ age, high school diploma, 1+ years armed security/law enforcement, 2+ years security supervisory, TSA TWIC, valid license, and ability to manage staffing and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security on a specific shift and coordinate with client staff and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline officers within approved empowerment range.
• Manage staffing and equipment to maintain quality service on site.
