Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Experienced Unarmed to oversee security services on a specific shift at a client site. You will coordinate officers, communicate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable security experience, strong communication, report-writing skills, and the ability to handle crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs.
