Job summary

Allied Universal in Minneapolis is hiring an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a designated shift at a client site. You will coordinate with the Account Manager and site supervisors, coach officers, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and training requirements.

The role requires at least two years of security experience or related law enforcement or military background, being 21+, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly at client site.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure officer training and safety programs are followed.
