Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor in McHenry, Mississippi. The role supervises the delivery of quality security services on a designated shift and acts as a liaison between site staff and client management, providing coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Applicants must have 2 years of related security or military experience, a valid driver's license, and an updated resume.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and a drug screen required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive training and development in technical and professional skills.
• Administer JSA's and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Manage staffing needs on shift and communicate with managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, training, and equipment management.
