Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a shift at a client site, coordinating with site supervisor and account management teams. The role involves coaching and disciplining officers within set empowerment ranges and ensuring quality service delivery.

Candidates should have 2+ years security experience or related law enforcement/military background, be 21+, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to supervise on shift and coach officers.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
