Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate service delivery, and serve as a liaison between site supervision and account management to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and the public.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Demonstrated customer service and crisis management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security services on the assigned shift and ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate communication between site supervisor, Account Manager, and field staff.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the empowerment range.
• Train officers and ensure compliance with safety programs and site requirements.
