The role requires 2+ years of security or related experience, 21+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Background checks and a drug screen are required, with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Background investigations and drug screen as required by law.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a shift at a designated customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Assist in safety programs and staff training.
