Allied Universal in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise security operations on a designated shift. You will coordinate supervision, coaching, and discipline to ensure top-quality service at the client site, acting as a liaison between site staff and account leadership.

The role requires armed security experience, prior supervision, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. The position offers $18.50 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience.
• Prior supervision experience required.
• Must have a valid, clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive training and develop technical and professional skills.
