Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor for the Golden, CO area. The role supervises and coordinates quality security services on a specific shift and acts as a liaison among site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.

Qualifications include being 21+, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crises calmly. Background checks and drug screens are required, with some computer/tech usage on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Ensure training and development of officers on shift.
• Assist with staffing, uniforms, equipment, and inventories.
• Maintain safety programs and site-specific JSAs.
