Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor in Golden, CO, offering $29.00 per hour. The role supervises security staff on a designated shift, coordinating with site leadership and clients to deliver high-quality security services.

The position requires strong communication, crisis management, and training abilities, with licensing considerations and background checks as applicable by law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline officers within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure training and professional development of staff.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to management.
• Administer JSA’s and safety programs outlining site hazards.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicle inventories.
• Work in varied environments and handle physical demands as required.
