Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years in law enforcement, corrections, or military, or 5+ years armed security experience.
A valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols in the retail store, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
Handle and account for assigned equipment, including firearms, per laws and policies.
