Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas is required.
• Must be 21 years old or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store team members, shoppers, vendors, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Perform regular armed patrols throughout the site, monitor entrances, parking and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and restricted areas and report observations.
• Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and timely.
