Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and team members by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations calmly and effectively per protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of store, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to report suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrols promptly and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
