Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store team members while following site policies and emergency procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout retail areas, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter to deter incidents.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual behavior or policy violations and report observations.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate security-related information to leadership, clients, and law enforcement as needed.
