Job summary

Planet is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator for our Arlington office. You will own the employee experience and steward the physical space, blending facilities management with culture-building to create a productive hub three days a week.

You will report to the Director of Employee Experience and drive smooth operations, safety, and engagement for Planeteers and guests. The role focuses on vendor oversight, budget tracking, event planning, and office communications to support

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an administration role in a dynamic environment.
• Proven budget, invoicing and vendor management experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Jira.
• Strong communication and event planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Planet, building manager, and vendors with SLAs.
• Manage local safety program, building walkthroughs, and security.
• Coordinate IT/network support with the IT team.
• Oversee inventory for office supplies and kitchen stock.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals with the Director of Employee Experience.
