Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker to ensure excellent guest service during events at our venue. You will greet guests, verify tickets, guide them to seats, and respond to questions as needed.

Role requires friendly demeanor, reliability, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required. Comprehensive benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to greet guests and direct them to seats politely.
• Clear spoken English for venue communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a verbal greeting at entry.
• Admit guests with valid tickets and direct to seats.
• Provide directions to venue locations as needed.
• Be proactive and offer assistance to guests who look lost.
• Direct guests to correct seats and resolve seating issues.
• Monitor behavior and report concerns to staff.
• Address complaints promptly in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work with urgency.
• Complete tasks assigned by management, within safety rules.
