Qualifications

• Six months of usher experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including stairs.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret information printed on event tickets.
• Ability to assist guests in wheelchairs.
• Alert and able to think quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at entertainment events by collecting admission tickets and distributing programs.
• Help guests find seats and answer questions about the facility.
• Assist with guest seating and ticketing situations.
• Enforce camera/tape policy for each event and alert management to issues.
