Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Must be able to report to scheduled shift on time.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and verbal greeting upon entry to the arena.
• Admit guests with valid tickets and direct them to seats.
• Provide directions to venue locations as needed.
• Proactively assist guests and resolve seating issues.
• Monitor guest conduct and report suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude with urgency.
• Complete tasks assigned by client/management, including safe ones beyond scope.
