Job summary

Oak View Group, in partnership with CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, seeks an Usher to deliver world-class customer service and help guests enjoy events. This part-time role pays an hourly rate of $18.50 and offers opportunities to engage with fans in a premier live entertainment environment.

As an Usher, you will perform ticket checks, provide directions, assist guests with accommodations, support crowd management, and uphold safety and accessibility standards throughout the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-service-based roles preferred.
• Experience in sports/entertainment field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service across arena spaces.
• Perform thorough ticket checks and scans; direct guests to seats, concessions, restrooms, and other areas.
• Respond to guest concerns and assist with accommodations.
• Assist with crowd management and safety procedures.
• Follow arena policies and post safety measures.
