Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking an Usher to deliver excellent customer service at events, greet guests, assist with seating, and manage entry points. You will scan tickets, provide directions, and help resolve guest issues while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. A uniform will be provided for all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of related work experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance with assigned uniform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound judgement; able to make sound decisions.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with directions and information, leveraging knowledge of the facility and events.
• Communicate professionally with staff, clients, guests, supervisors and corporate teams on important information.
• Support guests with disabilities in accordance with ADA requirements.
• Remain calm and attentive when addressing guest issues.
