Job summary

ASM Global LLC. is seeking a Guest Services Usher to assist event patrons with seating and information, maintaining post, and ensuring safety across viewing areas. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with seating or other information as needed.
• Maintain position on post, viewing area of responsibility.
• Oversee assigned area for spills or situations requiring staff attention.
• Receive and act on complaints from patrons according to established policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
