Job summary

Legends is seeking an Operations Crew Supervisor to lead daily arena operations, supervise crew members and temporary staff, and ensure safe, event-ready facilities. You will coordinate event configurations, maintenance tasks, and required safety processes to support concerts, sports, and other events.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facility/event operations, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of CMMS and asset management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facility Management, Operations Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of facility, arena, stadium, or event operations experience; supervisory exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee event conversions and setup/teardown tasks.
• Directly supervise Operations Crew Members and manage temporary staffing.
• Administer maintenance programs and track work orders in CMMS.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance during events.
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and inventory processes.
