Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise conversions for sports, entertainment and concert events at Desert Diamond Arena. You will ensure safe, timely configurations and support event operations.

The role involves leading a small team, coordinating with managers, and performing changeovers, daily tasks and facility maintenance to keep the venue ready for performances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of facility operations, changeovers and setups preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, staging or seating is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform event setups, changeovers, and daily tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Event Manager for setups and changeovers.
• Support overnight conversion team for flooring, risers and seating for talent/events.
• Participate in day-to-day facility operations.
• Maintain facility on non-event days and assist other departments on projects.
