Legends Global, located at the Fishers Event Center, seeks an Operations Crew Supervisor to manage day-to-day arena operations, oversee crews, and ensure safety and readiness for sporting events, concerts, and family shows.
You will lead staff, coordinate labor, and drive maintenance and safety programs to deliver high‑quality events while staying compliant with policies and procedures.

The Operations Crew Supervisor is a full-time position that is responsible for the day-to-day execution of facility and event operations within the arena. This position supervises Operations Crew Members and temporary labor staff while ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and event-ready. The role serves as the primary liaison for event conversions, preventive maintenance activities, work order administration, and operational readiness, supporting successful execution of sporting events, concerts, family shows, and other venue activities.
Directly supervises all employees inpremium spaces. Carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withLegends's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
